First the Detroit Red Wings tried to get Owen Nolan. Then they traded for Todd Bertuzzi. Apparently, their goal is to determine how quickly they can poison their environment

Wasn't it the other way around? They had a deal for Todd wrapped up and made a pitch for Owen?

Yep...

My e-mail to Simmons:

You have it backwards, Chief. The Wings first obtained Bertuzzi, then went out and tried to land Nolan.

His response:

my sources tell me the opposite
still doesn't change anything - both are creeps

My reply:

Ken Holland said otherwise. Maybe he was lying. Why, I don't know. Is Eklund one of your sources?

The last 12 cup winners (excluding lockout shortened season) finished in the top 5 in league standings.

The winner of the President's Trophy has won it 4 times during that period.

My sources tell me Simmons is not a jackass, but he used to entertain tourists with an act involving inter-species erotica with one, in Tijuana. My sources are impeccable, unlike his.

Did you have to paint your body to watch the inter-species exotic erotica in Tijuana?
Also, I wish your avatar was a little bigger (bet you heard that before) so I could make it out.

Edit: I recognize it now. Can't wait to see that movie. Christina Ricci in chains!
